Healthcare

Individual and family plans are available under Cigna with coverage beginning on your first day of employment. ClearEdge offers several plans with 100% employer paid monthly premiums with a nominal employee contribution.

Vision & Dental

Individual and family plans provided by UNUM and EYEMED Plan with coverage beginning on your first day of employment. ClearEdge pays all monthly premiums.

Health & Technology Allowance

Each employee gets $500 every year to a maximum of $5,000 to purchase new computing devices, equipment, or other tech-related items for personal use.

Education and Training

We cover up to $10,000 annually towards your approved education courses and certifications. ClearEdge may also approve reimbursements to attend conferences, technical schools, workshops, non-degree credit courses or to support memberships in recognized professional organizations.

Retirement

We give a 10% contribution to your 401k in total: 3% monthly salary safe harbor plus a 7% employer discretionary contribution. Immediate vesting of employer-paid contributions and employees can contribute the maximum allowed by the IRS.

Life Insurance & Disability

Group Life and AD&D coverage is provided by UNUM and we cover all monthly premiums for 1x your annual earnings, with options to purchase additional coverage.

Paid Time Off & Holidays

All federal holidays off plus up to 25 days of PTO, which is a combination of sick leave and personal leave that can be used in any manner.

Awards and Recognition

Generous awards program based on superior job performance. Career service bonuses awarded at 3 years ($3,000), 5 years ($5,000), 10 years ($10,000), and 15 years ($15,000).

Many positions require a DoD security clearance and are located in the Baltimore/Washington Metro area. Start dates are negotiated after clearance has successfully transferred. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. (NISPOM, Section 2-204)
