2016 is turning out to be an award winning year for ClearEdge. In addition to receiving The Chesapeake Regional Tech Council’s 2016 Best Place to Work Award and once again appearing on Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies List, ClearEdge has been awarded a 2016 Top Workplaces honor by The Baltimore Sun Media Group. This marks the fourth consecutive year that ClearEdge has been named to the list. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.
