Flexible Spending Plan

  • Flexible Spending Plan for certain medical and childcare expenses or premiums on pre-tax basis. Consultants receive an additional $200 monthly contribution from ClearEdge to your flex spending account
  • Base medical, dental and vision benefits at no cost to you
  • Use $200 to upgrade to better medical, dental or vision plans
 
 

Health

  • All monthly premiums covered. Coverage begins on first day of month following start date. Individual and family covered under Aetna PPO First Dollar plan. Deductible $1,000 Individual, $2,000 Family
  • Aetna pays first $500 per member ($1,000 Family) of in- or out-of-network benefits at 100% and is not subject to deductible. Deductible applies once fund is depleted
  • Prescription drugs require $10 copay for generic, $15 for preferred brand name drugs, and $30 for non-preferred brand name drugs for a 30-day supply
  • Can 'buy up' to Aetna POS plan under Flexible Spending Plan. No deductible in-network, $300 Individual, $600 Family deductible out-of-network. Prescription drug benefits identical to PPO First Dollar Plan.
  • Receive $1,000 monthly should you elect no coverage
 
 

Dental

  • All monthly premiums covered. Individual and family covered under deneX Excel PPO plan. Coverage is required.
  • Benefits same for in- and out-of-network. Out-of-network visits may be subject to balance billing
  • Preventive procedures covered 100%. Basic procedures (fillings, simple extractions, etc.) covered 80%. Major procedures (crowns, dentures, etc.) covered 50%. Annual max $1,500. Orthodontic procedures covered 50%, $1,000 lifetime coverage
  • Can 'buy up' to deneX Executive PPO plan under Flexible Spending Plan. Preventative procedures covered 100%. Basic procedures covered 90% in-network, 80% out-of-network. Major procedures covered 70% in-network, 50% out-of-network. Annual max $1,500. Orthodontic procedures covered 50%, $1,000 lifetime coverage
 
 

Vision

  • All monthly premiums covered. Individual and family covered under Avesis Advantage Vision Care plan. No benefit waiver
  • Vision exams require $10 copay. Standard lenses require $10 copay. $110 allowance given for contact lenses
  • Can 'buy up' to Avesis Enhanced Vision Care plan under Flexible Spending Plan
 
 

Base Life and AD&D

  • All monthly premiums covered. Group Life and AD&D coverage through UNUM. Benefit of 1x annual earnings to $50,000 maximum
 
 

Base Weekly Disability

  • All monthly premiums covered. Group Weekly Disability coverage through UNUM if you become disabled while at work
  • Benefit of 60% of base weekly earnings to a maximum of $500. Receive benefits on 1st day of accident, 8th day of sickness, and last up to 13 weeks
 
 

Base Long Term Disability

  • All monthly premiums covered. Group Long Term Disability coverage with UNUM after Weekly Disability runs out
  • Benefit of 60% of base monthly earnings up to $6,000 maximum
  • Benefits begin after 90 days of disability, subject to pre-existing condition limitation
 
 

Voluntary Weekly Disability

  • ClearEdge does not cover monthly premiums
  • Elect to purchase additional Short Term Disability through Medical Life at benefit of 60% base weekly earnings to $750 maximum. Benefits begin on 1st day of accident, 8th day of sickness, and last up to 26 week
 
 

Retirement

  • Contribution of 3% of monthly salary into 401K plan and 7% into profit-sharing plan. You can contribute up to maximum allowed by IRS
  • Two open seasons each calendar year. Eligible new hires may enroll at hire.
 
 

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Years of IT experience and commensurate PTO will be mutually agreed upon under the following guidelines:

Holidays

  • Receive all approved federal government holidays - considered 'Floating Holidays'
  • Holidays taken in one-hour increments. Unused holidays are forfeited at end of year
 
 

Payroll

  • You are paid monthly on the 10th of each month.
 
 

Education/Training

  • Eligible consultants can receive up to $5,000 annually towards approved educational, training, and conference costs
