Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapy Consultation and Sessions
I conduct a thorough assessment of your health history, medical conditions and injuries to uncover the underlying cause of your imbalances. I develop a program that will assist the body in healing, create a balanced body and improve function. I use a whole body approach into my programs. - Posture/Body Mechanic Assessment
I conduct a thorough assessment of your posture and body mechanics and provide you with a program that will improve your daily movement patterns and decrease the wear and tear on your body.
Exercise
- Individualized Exercise Program
I assess your current fitness level and work with you to develop a comprehensive exercise program that meets your goals. Programs may include: cardiovascular, endurance, strength training, stretching, mind/body connection, breathing exercises, and more.
Wellness Nutrition
- Wellness Nutrition Consultation
I conduct a nutritional evaluation based on the holistic and preventative principles of health. The nutritional evaluation includes a variety of nutritional strategies including balanced diet, acid-alkali balance, raw foods, food combination, allergy elimination, detoxification and supplements. Based on my findings and your goals and lifestyle I develop a customized nutrition program just for you. - Wellness Nutrition—15 visits
Includes 15 half-hour consultations, handouts, recommendations, recipes, grocery lists, resources, email support and more. - Extreme Makeover, Kitchen Edition
I come to your home and help you reorganize your kitchen and stock it with healthy foods. I make preparing healthy meals and snacks easy and fun. - Healthy Grocery Store Tour / Shopping Lists
I accompany you to the grocery store or market and teach you how to shop for healthy products. I teach you to read labels and find healthy alternatives to all the foods you love. I provide you with a grocery list to make healthy shopping easy and fun. - Daily Meal/Snack Planning and Eating Rituals
I work with you to develop meal and snack plans for you and your family. I help you develop healthy eating rituals that will improve your relationship with food. - Healthy Food Preparation- Raw and Cooked
Learn how to prepare healthy, well-balanced and nutritious meals. I teach you that healthy food preparation is simple, quick and fun. Options for special diets (dairy-free, soy-free, vegetarian, gluten-free etc) are available. Learn healthy food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Please arrive on time for all appointments. Late arrivals will receive shortened treatments due to end time being the same. - Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of the service. - Cancellation Policy
In an effort to provide you with optimal healthcare, I reserve your session time exclusively for you. Please provide me with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment time. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged the full price of the session.

Extreme Makeover, Kitchen Edition
Do you want to organize your kitchen so it is full of healthy foods
that are easy to prepare? Do you want to learn how to grocery shop
for healthy whole foods?
Kristin will come to your home and help you reorganize your kitchen and stock it with healthy whole foods. Kristin can also accompany you to the grocery store and/or farmers market and teach you how to shop for whole natural foods, read labels to avoid chemicals and harmful ingredients. She will show you how simple it is to prepare delicious, quick, and healthy meals.
Stay Hydrated, Stay Healthy

The average human loses between 3 and 6 liters of water on a
typical day. One to two liters rushes out as urine, and another
one-tenth liter in defecation. Water lost as vapor when you breathe
could fill around 1 to 2 liter water bottles a day and even more
in arid locations. Sweat fills up another liter on an average
day, but that amount can reach 1 to 2 liters per hour in an intense
workout.
But if you're dehydrated, that super gulp won't give you the quick fix you dream of. The body can only absorb about 1 quart per hour. Drink plenty of clean and filtered water throughout your day, every day. How much? A good rule of thumb is to drink enough water to equal 1/2 your body weight in ounces. For example: a 150 lb. person needs 75 ounces of water every day.
